Pink Play Dough Sea Stars

This pink granulated sea star  (Choriaster granulatus) looks like a children’s toy, perhaps made of Play Dough and painted pink. It also looks quite rigid though we’ve seen its arms bent to right angle. It’s big, it lives in shallow water, it’s a great surprise for snorkelling kids.
